Why don't you use VoIP, either from your ISP or something like Skype, google talk. cause those aren't free... need credit card to register. Adcalls is free VoIP is free to an extent... skype allows for you to call anyone, but that costs cash... but skype-to-skype is free... msn has a voice convo ca...

Dosent matter...he have no right to release his sources. it depends how he came by that code... if he took it off a website then he can release it if he wants... he did afterall credit it... but if he stole it then ur right, but chances are he didnt steal it and he is allowed to use it, and release...
