can you post a screenshot of the righthand side of your account_t table

Morbid it looks like maybe you have a dfferen acount_t layout,and the accountmaker is trying to update non existing fields, not 100% sure but thats what it looks like.
Have you added the iShopid int and CKeyCode NCHAR at the end of the account_t table

Do i just make a wwwroot folder in the mssqlserver directory and the put the accountcreator files in wwwroot, is there anything else i have to do?

Does it give any indication in the hmlserver or wlserver windows why your being disconected, could be an unknown item (caused by not useing the same item.cfg files.
