And how to edit characters skills?

I wanted to know how to edit the skills of the characters...
Becausse I see skill-mastery and skill-SNN in the character files..
But dunnow how to edit them..
And a manual gives 100% skill...
How to get that normal?

Is it possible to create a 0909114 number after the /enableadmin command?
So i can use THAT number..
Or what else can I do?

Well there's nothing special about it... But I think we have a good chance to get a nice server... Becausse were gonna work serious at this server... And with a good site not some lycos or www.idunnowhy.isetupthisserver.com And no laming @ gm's no L]weapons giving away to friend we know or flaming ...

Well we want to set up a bit of a community first... And later we go on with public... Becausse the kind of version doesn't matter at the moment... Later we will update it to a new version and there's nothing wrong with 2.19 files to set up a server in the beginning I think?? Well join it or not....

lvl 5? i tought lvl 4!!!... in our hgserver it was .../enableadmincommand.....
With all the dots before and after it!.. i typ /enableadmincommand with and without space but it still doesnt work.. any 1?
