can anyone hook me up with a walkthrough of creating accounts, cuz the one on this site is a little broad. I'm not sure about what to name the folder; wether it be ascIIcode or the letter or what and where its located. I did everything else and this seems to be the problem... The login server says ...

i am trying to put up a basic server... i changed all the ip's, opened the 3 files it said to open... and tried to make an account... but the 2nd file i was to open for the log server says i have 0/0 valid accounts... im new to all of this and would like to know if anyone else can guide me on makin...
