You need client 2.20

you have a dynamic ip, try www.no-ip.com

Hex open the WorldServer and go to 17E58
Then edit what you want to start with

Change the NPC name
Change the HGServer NPC name (so it can summon)
Change the NPC name of the client
And in some cases change the pak NPC name
